Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Forever DM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Forever DM is an AI-powered tabletop role-playing game platform that provides an automated Dungeon Master experience. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate narrative content within a fantasy RPG context.

3. Account and Subscription

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the AI system prompts
  • Use the Service to generate content outside the scope of fantasy RPG gameplay
  • Share account credentials or transfer your subscription
  • Abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions
  • Use automated tools to interact with the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.)

5. Content and Intellectual Property

AI-generated narration is provided for personal entertainment. Campaign content, wiki materials, and game mechanics are proprietary to The Forever DM. Your character data and gameplay history are associated with your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Forever DM is not liable for AI-generated content, service interruptions, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or our Content Policy. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
